Senior Project Manager 

The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for both internal and external stakeholders across a range of customer-facing projects within Acute Care & Monitoring. This role is responsible for leading the application of the Integrated Solution Delivery Model to ensure successful healthcare implementation outcomes. 

Drawing on a strong foundation in project management, technical expertise, and business acumen, the Senior Project Manager will guide and influence cross-functional teams and healthcare stakeholders such as technical network infrastructure teams, clinical engineering, hospital operations and facility leaders. They will champion best practices, foster effective communication, and drive high levels of customer adoption and solution success.  This role requires a IT foundational skillset that will leverage your experience in the areas of device set up, configuration and deployment of both hardware and software-based products.  Our customers are typically acute care hospitals, and the users of our medical devices are in patient care units.  Our HealthCast products are both software and hardware-based technologies typically leveraging in place hospital infrastructure.   

Throughout each implementation, the Senior Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal clinical and technical leads, service engineers, leadership, and external clinical and technical partners to coordinate and execute all activities critical to project success.  

Project Management Leadership and Accountability 

• Holds full accountability for the successful delivery of customer outcomes by applying best practices in project organization, stakeholder engagement, benefits realization, risk and issue management, planning and control, change management, and quality assurance. 

• Oversees the operational execution of assigned projects, acting as the primary liaison among external clients, internal project teams, sales, clinical product specialists, and line management. 

• Leads and coordinates one or more cross-regional project teams, ensuring alignment and progress across all workstreams. 

• Lead customer IT and clinical workstream meetings in partnership with our engineers and customer success managers as a subject matter expert with our suite of medical device and software offerings
