Your Role:
The Supply Chain Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing our Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Integrated Business Management (IBM) processes. This position is responsible for analyzing supply chain data to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and agility across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- S&OE Support: Assist in the daily operational management of the supply chain to ensure that our execution aligns with short-term demand and supply plans.
- Integrated Business Management: Contribute to the integration of business management practices across the supply chain, finance, and sales departments to optimize overall business performance.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Develop regular reports on supply chain performance metrics, while driving harmonization across a diverse ERP landscape in Life Science Services.
- Collaboration: Align with Heads of Supply Chain Performance and Analytics, IBM by coordinating with various teams including operations, procurement, and sales to ensure a cohesive approach to integrated business management.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current supply chain processes, propose and project manage priority improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Project Participation: Lead and/or support cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing supply chain responsiveness and reducing costs.
This position offers flexibility in location, allowing for remote or onsite work.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably with exposure to S&OE, IBM, and/or sales processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, Tableau).
- Understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and integrated business planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to design, articulate and deliver a clear, concise message.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
