Summary Description: As the Assistant Manager of DC Operations, you will assist in the effective flow of merchandise to 50+ stores within an Omni-Channel Distribution Center Campus. Your position has the leadership of and accountability for assisting in the operational, people, quality, safety, and fiscal requirements of Order Fulfillment, Replenishment, Receiving, Shipping, Reverse Logistics, Inventory Control, Customer Returns, and support functions. You will work closely and collaboratively with the Supply Chain Leadership Team, Merchandise Planning, and Finance to improve speed, cost, and service. In addition, you will assist in inspiring your team and leading efforts to deliver sound operational results; exceeding customer expectations, delivering innovation, and assisting in developing a talented team.

  • Assist in communicating clear goals/expectations and standards on an ongoing basis including varying levels of communication for direct reports, support teams, associates, cross-functional teams, and executive level updates

  • Oversee and prioritize team workload to align with business needs and operational priorities.
