The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer will build and drive effective sourcing strategies to proactively identify and secure top talent to fill current and future job openings within the Operations & Technology (O&T) business. The O&T team is a dynamic group of tech talent enthusiasts who are risk-takers, innovators, change-makers and problem solvers. Our work impacts the entire content ecosystem, enterprise applications and businesses that include CNBC, NBC Sports, DreamWorks and so much more. The talent we bring in build emerging immersive technologies that allow our Theme Parks, Film & Television businesses to work smarter using the latest tech advancements. 

Your Impact:

• Collaborate with the TA Recruiters on industries and companies to map and target talent
• Independently develop and maintain candidate flow, supporting a variety of job roles. Conduct detailed, thorough candidate interviews to gather key information on viability of a candidate
• Help to define and implement search strategies for a variety of roles
• Interact with HR and Hiring Managers to provide counsel on the marketplace and pipelines
• Educate and sell candidates on the opportunity and NBCU as an employer of choice
• Continually document all candidate conversations with key detailed information regarding their candidacy
• Provide ongoing and continuous feedback to recruiters and business leaders on the recruitment marketplace and pipelined candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with business leaders to gain a better understanding of required talent pool
• Own engagement strategy for pipeline including campaign outreach
• Monitor trends and developments in sourcing tools and technologies and utilize social media for sourcing and other marketing forums to drive traffic to NBCUniversal career website
• Act as an ambassador for NBCU’s overall commitment to diversity and inclusion as a core value and business imperative

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in recruitment sourcing or relevant work experience in an HR, Talent Acquisition or Coordination environment
• Experience working and building successful sourcing strategies
• Experience working with recruitment tools and systems including application tracking systems, resume databases and sourcing tools

Desired Characteristics:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to manage multiple searches at any time and keep data current and up to date
• Ability to engage potential future candidates on the phone to network and generate referrals and additional leads
• Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
• Strong consulting skills and ability to thrive in a team-focused culture
• Full life cycle recruitment experience across tech/product businesses
