Teamlead, Product Reliability Engineering

Then this might be the job for you.<br/> Leadership in a complex area<br/> You will be leading a very skilled team who is supporting the organization with their expertise in product quality assessment and reliability testing. The team is developing in the direction of getting earlier involved in development projects with reliability assessments and evaluation of concepts from a quality perspective. Together with the team, the role of the team leader will be to secure an efficient mode of working to conduct our reliability test and quality assessment required to deliver the  most reliable product in the market. <br/> The Product Reliability Engineering team consists of 12 skilled engineers/technicians, - 8 colleagues in Denmark and 4 in Poland. You will be leading the product reliability engineering team in Poland.  The team delivers documented mechanical and environmental reliability test and verification for hearing aids, chargers and accessories. <br/>  </p> <h2><b>What are we offering?</b></h2> <p>Your responsibility is to ensure that product quality and reliability issues are clarified and handled before launch. You do that in close corporation with R&amp;D  performing development tests, quality assessments, verifications and failure analysis.<br/>  <br/> The Product Reliability Engineering team consists of 12 skilled engineers/technicians, - 8 colleagues in Denmark and 4 in Poland You will be leading the product reliability engineering team in Poland.  The team delivers documented mechanical and environmental test and verification for hearing aids, chargers and accessories. <br/>  <br/>  A focus is coordination of tasks for the team. You need to be skilled in working in a cross cultural group at two sites. The leader must be strong in stakeholder management across the organizations because  there are many interfaces  from R&amp;D over Quality to Operations . Another success criteria is to foster talents for the quality organization through onboarding younger test engineers. When not leading the team and coordinating you will act as Reliability Engineer giving support to projects, performing tests etc.<br/>  </p> <h2>It would be great if you have:</h2> <ul> <li>natural leadership abilities and a talent for inspiring others. </li> <li>fluency in Polish and English; </li> <li>a proactive and energetic attitude, and enjoy working in a team; </li> <li>a willingness to take on new challenges and grow professionally</li> <li>If you can organize team efforts, make decisions, and foster strong collaboration, we encourage you to apply – even if you don’t have formal leadership experience.
