What You'll Do:
As the Senior Product Manager for Storage at CoreWeave, the leading cloud provider for AI companies worldwide, you will be a vital member of our Product Team, with a specific focus on elevating our high-performance cloud object storage offering. This role demands a strategic blend of insight into AI-driven environments and a deep understanding of storage technologies, positioning you at the forefront of CoreWeave's mission to deliver top-tier cloud solutions for AI, machine learning, and other HPC applications.
In this collaborative role, you'll work closely with the Storage Team, leveraging their technical expertise to innovate and enhance our storage products. Your role is critical in ensuring that our storage solutions not only integrate seamlessly with the unique demands of AI workloads but also lead the market in performance, reliability, and scalability.
About The Role:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for CoreWeave’s storage offerings, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and market needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the storage domain. Use these insights to guide product development and positioning.
- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and launch storage solutions and features that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Ensure that products meet high standards of quality and performance.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather and prioritize customer requirements and feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, market positioning, and ongoing lifecycle management.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and future direction.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud storage or related fields.
- Strong understanding of storage technologies and trends, including object or file system storage.
- Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
