As a Material Control Specialist, you will be responsible for recording, reviewing, and maintaining all documentation related to the movement of materials received or delivered. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance throughout the material and procurement process. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will also support inventory management through cycle counts, variance reconciliation, and replenishment monitoring.

- Record and review all documents related to incoming and outgoing materials
- Confirm accuracy of documents and inventories within purchasing and inventory control
- Process and file paperwork related to shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure material accuracy and traceability
- Support the full material and procurement process
- Perform data entry into financial and non‑inventory management systems
- Review and distribute documents required for delivery
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with variance reconciliation
- Perform cycle counts and coordinate inventory adjustments
- Monitor inventory replenishment and adjust stock levels as needed
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously (no direct supervisory duties)
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of standard material control and data entry procedures
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
- High attention to detail and self‑motivation
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Forklift certification required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority
