Commercial Construction Project Manager

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Manager with 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience and cradle to grave project management experience. The Commercial Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
• Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts
• Review and approve project invoices and change orders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and drawings
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status
• Ensure that all project stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle
