Responsibilities:

  • Creates concepts, either internally or in conjunction with machinery suppliers, for new processes that support the technology strategy

  • Audits equipment with machine suppliers to ensure that the new equipment meets internal and legislative Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and standards

  • Conducts feasibility studies to verify concepts and develops specifications

  • Inputs and analyses numerical data to identify patterns and relationships that can be used to develop optimal workflows and processes

  • Uses data to identify and implement engineering methodologies that meet design intent and process performance expectations

  • Demonstrates financial awareness in Process Design and supplier selection

  • Manages project investments and on-time-delivery of various capital equipment to ensure expenditure is aligned to project plans

  • Monitors performance against deadlines and milestones; initiating corrective action as needed to support on-time-delivery, expenditure, productivity, and that quality cost targets are met

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field or compensating years of experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
Professional-Level English language skills preferred
