We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Client Account Services Analyst to join our Retirement & Private Wealth team in our Wilmington, MA office on a Hybrid work schedule.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Data Analyst supports Account Managers in the Retirement practice by performing the data loading, data entry, and data manipulation that drive plan administration. The role is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of plan data — including census loads, recordkeeper file loads, asset reconciliation, and compliance testing inputs — enabling Account Managers to deliver compliance, government reporting, and client service in accordance with the practices, policies, and procedures of the Company.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data & Recordkeeping

  • Load and review data provided by clients and recordkeepers.
  • Reconcile contributions and plan assets in preparation for Form 5500 filing.

Compliance Testing

  • Prepare and compile data for compliance testing (e.g., top-heavy, 410(b), 402(g), ADP/ACP, 401(a)(4), (415).
  • Prepare data for, and assist with the calculation of, employer contributions (e.g., match, profit sharing, new comparability).

Government Reporting

  • Assist with the preparation of Form 5500, 8955-SSA, and other filing requirements.

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Maintain the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system by updating records, importing data, and helping build workflows.
  • Provide support, training, and documentation for CRM users.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in all software required for the role, including Excel, ASC, the CRM, and vendor websites.
  • Identify and implement workflow efficiencies using tools such as macros, AI assistants, and other process improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field OR commensurate experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
  • Comfortable working with and manipulating large data sets.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Two or more years of relevant work experience in retirement plan administration or a similar role; candidates with internship or co-op experience will be considered.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (data entry, record maintenance, or workflow configuration).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in business operations, insurance, or financial services 
  • Exposure to project management tools or methodologies
  • Insurance industry experience
