Today we develop, construct and operate wind generation and solar and batteries installations across Europe.</p><p>Project Delivery Offshore is responsible for the Maturation and Execution of our Asset Projects. Our Vision is to be one step ahead of competition in safely constructing next generation offshore wind farms while deploying our knowledge in earlier phases in order to contribute to success with future pipeline projects.</p><p>We´re now looking for a</p><p><strong>Senior Commercial Contract Manager in BU Offshore Wind.</strong></p><p>Our ambition is to deliver solutions to Projects via product / design development on a portfolio level, to allow for a more efficient and focused design and procurement process. Product Lines (e.g. WTG, Foundations, Logistics etc.) are responsible for product development and supplier collaboration.</p><p>The Senior Commercial Contract Manager contributes to the portfolio and commercial category strategy to deliver on targets across portfolio. Focus on tailoring and planning of how to procure / source according to set Product Line strategy given market specific needs and considerations towards Asset Projects</p><p>As Senior Commercial Contract Manager you are reporting directly to the Head of Contract Management in BU Offshore.</p><p><strong>As Senior Commercial Contract Manager </strong><strong>you have the following key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>You support the Product Lines (Logistics) to allow for a more efficient and focused design and procurement process.</li><li>You develop together with other functions contract standards</li><li>You align and consult Product Line Director and Category Manager on development of supplier strategy</li><li>You are detailing contracts and providing input on commercial evaluation criteria during tendering</li><li>You are responsible for commercial aspects of the negotiation toward set targets and strategy​</li><li>You lead and coordinate other CCM’s during tender process</li><li>You ensures the update of contractual variations to supplier database</li><li>You will work closely with your colleagues in Contract Management to identify improvement potentials for our Business Unit</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p><ul><li>You have a graduate degree in a commercial subject, legal, engineering or equivalent with a broad based technical background and strong commercial skills</li><li>You can rely on experience gained within Supply chain, Logistics and/or commercial management, where you fulfilled complex roles including joint ventures and large capital projects with responsibility for delivery to a profit &amp; loss account</li><li>As they are essential to succeed in this position, you have extensive knowledge of FIDIC,  LOGIC and BIMCO contracts, as well as of legal and commercial contract terms. You have gained profound commercial contract management and negotiation experience</li><li>As an individual, you are a highly analytical, motivated and communicative person who is able to focus on both people and business</li><li>You are self-propelled and focused on delivery with the ability to balance conflicting requirements of quality, cost and time</li><li>Specific Product Line (WTG, Logistics) experience is an advantage</li><li>You are living up to the experience principles (Open-Active-Positive-Safety) of Vattenfall</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, able to work in cross-functional teams, both a leader and a team player</li><li>Your command of English is strong, both verbally and written</li><li>Last, but certainly not least, you are committed and passionate about making the zero carbon future happen</li></ul><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>Lo
