Position Summary
The Pharmacy Warehouse Coordinator, under the supervision of a pharmacist, supports the day-to-day activities of the pharmacy department.
Essential Functions and Duties
- Pack patient orders for shipment per policy and procedure to ensure all medication, supplies, and durable medical equipment (DME) arrive undamaged.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully stocked work environment including pharmacy, shipping area and warehouse space.
- Take cardboard and trash related items to appropriate areas in FFF Warehouse for disposal.
- Assemble shipping boxes and ensure adequate shipping supplies, including boxes, packing material, and ice packs, are always available.
- Perform clerical duties of department which includes filing of patient charts and shipping of additional items via FedEx.
- Participate in mid-year and annual pharmacy inventories.
- Adhere specifically to all company policies and procedures, federal, state, and compliance requirements /regulations/laws.

- Comply with the policies and procedures stated in the Injury and Illness Prevention Program by always working in a safe manner and immediately reporting any injury, safety hazard, or program violation.
- Ensure conduct is consistent with all Compliance Program Policies and procedures when engaging in any activity on behalf of the company. Immediately report any concerns or violations.

Qualifications
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Required Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Required Knowledge:
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality to the level of required HIPAA standards.
Preferred Experience:
- Six (6) to twelve (12) months of shipping experience in a warehouse environment.
Required Skills:
- Basic level of understanding and use of computers applications that include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet technologies.
- Operate office equipment which includes computer, scanner, printer, copier, and phones.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Work with a high degree of accuracy in an organized, detail-oriented manner with appropriate follow up as required.
