Where compassionate care meets a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment
- Welcome and room patients, obtain accurate histories, and record vital signs
- Assist providers with exams, procedures, wound care, testing, and treatments
- Perform CLIA‑waived lab testing, collect and process specimens, and maintain quality control
- Administer medications, injections, and vaccines under provider supervision
- Conduct EKGs, point‑of‑care testing, and other diagnostic support tasks
- Draw blood for lab testing as ordered
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and timely
- Prepare and maintain clean, well‑stocked exam rooms
- Support efficient patient flow in a fast‑paced environment
- Perform drug screenings and provide patient education and discharge instructions
- Collaborate with providers and teammates to deliver seamless care
- Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance standards
- Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical training
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or other fast‑paced settings (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective under pressure
- Excellent communication and a compassionate, patient‑first mindset
- A positive, dependable, team‑oriented attitude
