You'll own the people, roadmap, and execution of EngProd as we scale from a small, scrappy infrastructure pod into the durable engineering-leverage function that powers a 50+ person engineering organization and Ryder's broader technology investments.</p> <p>This role is equal parts people leader, technical strategist, and cross-functional operator.
