University Recruitment Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish)

Your Role 

As a University Recruitment Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to learn and assist with a variety of responsibilities for Veeam’s University Relations team. This is an entry level role for new or recent graduates looking to grow a career in Talent Acquisition or HR. You will assist the team with execution of the university recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates, strategizing for events and ways to engage and attract students to Veeam. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn many new skills such as corporate branding, social media, logistics, event planning and more! 
 

Responsibilities 

• Assist UR team with administrative tasks, including updating recruitment databases, job descriptions, applicant tracking system, manage the general University Recruiting mailbox
• Conduct recruiting activities such as proactively source candidates through a variety of channels screening resumes, review applications, and conduct initial phone screens as needed. 
• Assisting with scheduling interviews for candidates with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Attend and facilitate on-campus events from career fairs and specialized events including diversity events, tech events like hack-a-thons
• Ability to travel during the academic year (September to November, January to April) up to 30% is required.
• Become an employer brand liaison to handle all branding for recruitment activities such as banners, tablecloths, giveaways, social media, etc
• Create posts and drive engagement via socials to promote UR activities, campus events, hiring, onboarding
• Assist with executing strategies that include employee and executive referrals, keep warm for candidates from offer signed stage to start date
• Responsible for logistical tasks for team such as scheduling and processing event payments, travel plans, handling payments for vendors, memberships, etc
• Assist with planning and scheduling events for Internship Program and Graduate Program 
• Track program metrics 

 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree completed
• Conversational Spanish language required
• International travel required in AMERs region
• Excellent organizational, project, task, and administrative skills
• Self-starter with strong sense of self-motivation
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, execute, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adjust to new tasks and environments
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and presenting material
• Experience managing data in Excel a plus
• Willingness to work in a global company accommodating time zones as reasonably needed 

 

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
