Enablement Manager, CCS

As the Enablement Manager, CCS you will be responsible for designing, developing & managing enablement programming for our Conversational Commerce Specialist (CCS) team – including, but not limited to, new hire onboarding, ongoing product training, and future state: skill development. You will partner directly with CCS Leadership to identify a strategic training roadmap that you will then own implementation of. Your role will drive impact and efficiency across the CCS function.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual with strong project management & communication skills. You should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining highly organized. In addition, we are looking for someone with a history of taking initiative and being responsible for end-to-end program rollouts in a fast-paced environment. This is an entrepreneurial role in an exciting new services division. 

Above all, you will be a key leader at Postscript and will be instrumental in how we scale in 2023 and beyond.

You will report directly to the Director of Enablement. 

*This is a full-time, in-office role based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Primary duties

• Develop a new hire onboarding program for CCS new hires that includes general company knowledge, product training, how to succeed in the role, etc.
• Once built, you will be responsible for facilitating this program for our incoming CCS hires – and iterating on the program as needed 
• Partner directly with Product Management to identify upcoming product releases, and roll out training on those new releases to our CCS team
• Partner directly with CCS Leadership to assess training and skill gaps, and develop programming that resonates with team goals
• Ensure high program engagement and effectiveness
• Strategically balance the use of instructor led & on-demand resources and training to allow for scalability as the CCS organization grows 

What We’ll Love About You

• 4+ years of Enablement or similar experience
• 4+ years of designing and developing learning programming 
• Strong project management and process development skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems 
• Demonstrated knowledge of ecommerce and digital marketing – nice to have
