**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in planning and implementing activities that enrich the lives of our residents.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with elderly individuals preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient demeanor

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in organizing and implementing recreational activities for residents
- Engage with residents to promote social interaction and overall well-being
- Provide support during outings and group events
- Maintain a clean and organized activity area
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members

**Schedule:**
This is a part-time position, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate activity schedules.
