Job Description
Assist in driving Corporate & Investment lines of business to complete complex system enhancements as well as document the associated processes and controls. These deliverables will contribute to a broader transition to a product organizational and ownership model.
- Fixed Income Analytics Database - Documenting desk requirements, data scoping/requirements/sourcing analysis (in conjunction with Technology), and defining & executing user testing.
- Business Process/Control documentation – Documentation of current state business processes & controls, gathering requirements and documenting design of future state, supporting the implementation of such changes. Examples of focus areas include pricing/risk routines, risk models inputs/outputs for desk and downstream usage (e.g., Risk, Finance/IPV, etc.), and the associated process and data quality controls.
Responsibilities
- Fixed Income Analytics DB – Work product typical of Business analysts including requirement documents that capture input from all key stakeholders, define project scope, sourcing analysis (in conjunction with Technology), and defining & executing user testing.
- Business Process/Control documentation – Work product typical of Business Analysts including documents that describe current and future state of business processes & controls, gathering requirement, socializing plans across the team and supporting the implementation of planned changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required preferably in business management, Finance / Accounting, Data Science, or relevant degree to the responsibilities outlined previously
- Previous management consulting experience required
- 2-6 years experience working within the Financial Services Industry
- Business execution and/or product management experience within capital markets and/or trading environment
