Job Description

The Senior Manager, Client Engagement Events will support our local events strategy, which manages thought leadership and lead generation events across client and other stakeholder audiences in Poland. Primarily this role will manage all Polish special client events from soup to nuts, including ideating on topics, planning them annually/quarterly, executing and reporting on relevant metrics as needed. As events have fundamentally changed through the last couple years during the pandemic, this person needs to be highly adaptable to change and enjoy pivoting direction to make the best decision for the business.

This role will support Client Engagement and other client facing functions. You will roll up your sleeves and get right to work executing currently planned events and thinking through future opportunities to engage with our customers and partners through events and experiences. It will not be boring, we promise. You’ll have the ability to be part of something interesting where you will see your direct impact rather than being just another cog in the wheel.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Primary focus of your work has been in corporate events, preferably B2B and/or virtual webinars or video production
• You are a results-oriented professional with proven experience in event strategy and production. Demonstrated experience managing and executing events small and large.
• You have a strong track record of creating and managing all aspects of events from invitations to budget planning, speaker prep, rehearsals to consistent messaging throughout.
• You have the ability to build and nurture cross-functional relationships and foster partnerships. High degree of professionalism, courtesy and respect
• You have proven experience managing programs and vendors to deliver efficient output and results
• You have excellent project management expertise. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and internal and external resources
• You have the ability to distill and tailor complex information for key audiences
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple projects, often on short deadlines and under pressure


Flex Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both home and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office three days a week, Tuesday and Wednesdays are designated as in-office collaboration days. The third day in the office will be decided based on team needs and determined in partnership with senior leadership.
