Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Production Manager to oversee residential and

commercial electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electrical project

management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget,

and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of electrical production for residential and commercial

projects.

 Supervise and coordinate teams of electricians, subcontractors, and other construction personnel.

 Review project plans and blueprints to ensure all electrical installations meet specifications and codes

 Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.

 Monitor job progress, costs, and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.

 Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any

concerns.

 Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical and safety regulations.

 Oversee the procurement and supply of materials needed for projects.

 Manage quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.

 Prepare reports and documentation related to project timelines, costs, and safety compliance.

Education:

 Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent

experience).

Requirements

Qualifications:

 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, with a focus on both residential and commercial

projects.

 Licensed Master Electrician preferred, or significant field experience with a strong understanding of

electrical systems

 Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

 Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency with project management software and tools.

 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans.
