WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Pharmacy Workflow Clerical Shipping Clerk

The Workflow Shipping Clerical Support position supports pharmacy functions by ensuring various consumable resources are prepared and ready for use in the pharmacy workflow production unit.  This position does not participate in pharmacy dispensing tasks that require licensure through the Board of Pharmacy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Performs functions related to shipping prescriptions including moving gaylords, supplies; and replenishment of shipping supplies.

• Provide clerical support for the pharmacy department, including but not limited to stocking workflow stations.

• May be required to perform other clerical duties to support pharmacy team.

• Box making support

WHAT YOU BRING

• Team building skills: should be positive, respectful, and dependable.

• Workmanship: ensure proper balance of quality and quantity of work.

• Must adhere to assigned dues for clerical staff as required by state pharmacy laws.

• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures, be accountable, and be committed to continuous quality improvement.

• Ability to focus, and maintain a high degree of accuracy in a high volume setting.

• Reliable with a good attendance record. Must be organized, motivated, and detail oriented.

• High School diploma or equivalent

WORKING CONDITIONS  

• Environment where dogs are present if in the office

• Lifting and shelving items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly

• Ability to work standing on pressurized concrete for long periods of time

• Occasionally stooping, lifting, and/or bending

• Occasionally reaching overhead and using a step ladder

Pay Range (US based applicants): $19.00 - $19.50 / hour
