Job Overview

The Senior Director of Site Performance is accountable for monitoring, optimizing, and impacting the site performance by leveraging real-time data and insights. Additionally, they will be responsible to enhance and monitor our QA process (working closely with Marketing, Technology, and Merchandising) and devise solutions for continuous improvement, ultimately boosting traffic and performance. They will work closely with the Product and UX/UI teams to identify and prioritize necessary changes for enhancing site performance. This position will lead the Site Analytics, Site Execution, and Site Experience teams and support the category Site Merchandising and SEO teams. 

What You Will Do

  • Drive a relentless focus on site performance by identifying areas of success, areas for improvement, and determining necessary changes on a daily, weekly, and long-term basis. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Merchandising, and the Product team, to implement changes that drive performance improvements on the site.
  • Ensure best-in-class site execution for sitewide events, promotions, sitelets, and other marketing content, including Homepage execution and optimization in partnership with Brand teams.
  • Ensure an optimal site experience through a rigorous quality assurance process.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the quality assurance process and propose solutions for enhancements.
  • Lead a team of professional colleagues, focusing on creating a strong culture and driving colleague engagement.

Skills You Will Need

Collaboration: Ability to build partnerships with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage smarter decision-making across our organization. Collaboration skills are critical.

Business Acumen: Awareness of the organization’s vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, and values. Knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company’s business; ability to apply this appropriately to diverse situations.

Functional Proficiency: Knowledge of major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the enterprise.

Data Literacy: Must have superior analytical and mathematical skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
