Assistant Director, Admissions Recruitment

Position Summary

Develop and execute the NYU Dentistry Office of Admissions strategic recruitment plan, building the programs’ brand strategy and business development focused on program attendance growth. Develop, plan and execute recruitment events. Develop and recommend strategies and changes to the recruitment process. Plan and conduct information sessions for prospective students. Responsible for the development, planning and execution of targeted recruitment initiatives and compelling and exciting campaigns to increase awareness about the DDS Program. Serve as the primary liaison to incorporate current students and alumni in the admissions process. Develop and implement recruitment and admissions materials and processes.

Qualifications

Required Education:Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education:Master's Degree in higher education Required Experience:5+ years relevant experience in admissions recruitment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Experience:3+ years Experience in admissions recruitment, project management, or special events Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Very strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $75,000.00 to USD $95,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
