You’ll play a key role in shaping Philips’ next-generation imaging solutions, driving both technical excellence and team development.</p><p></p><p><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Define and implement the <b>long-term vision and strategy</b> for ultrasound analysis and visualization, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Philips’ innovation roadmap.</p></li><li><p>Lead and coach a <b>high-performing team</b> of engineers and scientists, fostering engagement, creativity, and continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Ensure <b>outstanding project execution</b> through effective resource planning, process optimization, and technology integration.</p></li><li><p>Promote a <b>data-driven and customer-focused</b> approach to innovation, leveraging analytics to guide design and decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the <b>development and industrialization</b> of new technologies, ensuring collaboration across R&amp;D, operations, and procurement.</p></li><li><p>Drive <b>talent growth</b>, including recruitment, performance management, and career development, to strengthen the team’s technical and leadership capabilities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the future of <b>ultrasound imaging and visualization technologies</b>, while developing your leadership and strategic innovation skills in a global health technology company.</p><p></p><p><b>You’re the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li><p>You hold a <b>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree</b> in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent).</p></li><li><p>You have <b>7</b><b>+ years of experience</b> in engineering, R&amp;D, or system design, ideally within the <b>medical imaging or healthcare technology</b> domain.</p></li><li><p>You bring strong expertise in <b>project and people management</b>, product development, and operational excellence (Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus).</p></li><li><p>You are a <b>strategic, data-driven leader</b> with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to inspire innovation and deliver results.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>About Philips</h3><p>We are a health technology company.
