Job Description
The Executive and Team Assistant (EA) provides administrative support to the leadership and staff of the Bosch Research and Technology Center (RTC) in Pittsburgh, PA USA and works closely with local university partners.
The EA role is an ideal position for a professional with exceptional communication and organization skills to join one of the world's most innovative companies and gain critical exposure to varied and diverse elements of our global business. This position requires a high degree of initiative, specific attention to detail, and the flexibility to quickly adapt to dynamic business environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple executives, ensuring close coordination with corporate locations around the world as well as regional partner institutions
- Support executives and team members with a broad range of administrative responsibilities, e.g. purchasing, travel, office equipment and supplies, catering and meeting planning
- Coordinate the timely delivery of important documents (e.g. reports, presentations, posters) from across local teams to high-level global stakeholders
- Assist in coordinating on- and off-site meeting logistics, including the planning of visits, conferences, and special events involving executive-level internal and external participants
- Work with Facilities Management, HR, and IT to help on- and off-board associates and interns, helping to familiarize them with all necessary tools required for their job, e.g. computer equipment, internet access, phones, badges
- Assist staff in obtaining proper approvals according to standardized internal controls and procedures, e.g. purchasing, contracts, travel
- Review and complete expense reports on behalf of executives, helping to ensure compliance with relevant corporate policies
- Arrange domestic and international travel using internal travel agency resources, e.g. flights, hotels, car rentals
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BA in business administration
- 2 years experience as an Administrative assistant or Executive assistant
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), some familiarity with online
- collaborative applications (e.g. Microsoft 365) a plus
- Strong organizational and project / time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency balancing multiple complex responsibilities under minimal
- supervision
- Demonstrated track record of consistent, reliable performance in situations requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
- Experience in working with higher educational institutional environments a strong plus
- Experience in general marketing and communications (e.g. social media) a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs
- Foreign language skills a plus, but not required

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $57,000 - $63,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
