The Role
The Business Cards and Payments Marketing team is a passionate and entrepreneurial team of strategists. The Creative Excellence & GTM Team is focused on developing integrated marketing strategies to communicate the value of our various business card and payment products to prospective and existing customers to drive awareness and consideration.
We are looking for a Marketing Senior Associate to join our team to support building and delivering end-to-end marketing strategies for our suite of business card and payments products that support our Field Sales Team. This person will oversee the development, execution and monitoring of Field Marketing collateral. They will work cross-functionally with teams such as Field Enablement, Product Marketing, Brand Creative, Insights, and more to bring to life impactful marketing creative to further our sales enablement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop multi-channel, go-to-market strategies and creative campaigns for our field sales team that tell consistent and compelling stories about our broad suite of Capital One Business products
Partner closely with the Field to deliver against a strategic roadmap aimed to grow our field marketing program to empower the sales teams to both drive new customer acquisition and current customer retention
Lead end-to-end creative development with internal creative teams and external agencies to bring product marketing strategy to life
Analyze creative performance results, marketplace trends, and customer insights to advance marketing strategies and optimize creatives
Partner with the Insights team to deeply understand the target audience, validate product positioning and messaging, and act as the voice of both the customer and the sales team to the organization
Understand how competitors are evolving their product and messaging strategies, and build strategies that position us for success in the market

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of marketing or marketing strategy experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
3+ years of Marketing experience
1+ years of experience in a sales environment building collateral and material in support of a large national sales team
1+ years of experience with platforms such as Salesforce and Workfront<
