Requirements

We are looking for handymen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• 8+ years of experience in home repair or commercial maintenance
• Strong empathy, listening skills, and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and repair equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and perform hands-on repair tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Must provide own personal tools
• Comfortable reading and navigating maps within a service territory
