Commercial Litigation Associate - San Diego

Greenberg Traurig is seeking a Commercial litigation associate with 2-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in cases involving claims pertaining to contracts, trade secrets, fiduciary duty, fraud and corporate governance. Must have strong writing skills and a desire to take depositions and be in the courtroom. Prior law firm experience is required. We are seeking candidates with excellent academic credentials, strong communication and client service skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage their time to meet deadlines and complete projects.  Candidates must be admitted to the California bar.

The expected pay range for this position is:

$235,000- $360,000 per year
