Customer Order Administrator

As our Order Management Specialist you will be handling accurately and processing promptly all acknowledged purchase orders, ensuring diligent follow-up until they are invoiced, and effectively converting them into sales. 

 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Test and implement new order management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Coordinate , act as Subject Matter Expert for any deployment and implementation of any new process / tool across the team 
• Support full adoption of new implementations and gathers feedback for continuous improvement of tools and processes 
• Responsible to implement functional training to new team members 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to order management
• Maintain frequent and relevant communication with Customers and Sales organization to provide any updates, changes or delays related to their Order/s
• Constantly follow-up with factories, in order to facilitate a smooth production processes and ensure complete delivery of goods
• Ensure accuracy of all relevant delivery and invoicing dates in the system and conduct date management activities using the business system in accordance with date management policy 
• Work with documentation department to ensure document packages are completed before invoicing
• Take proactive actions and follow-up on resolution for disputes generated due to order management reasons, by processing credit and reentry orders whenever needed 
• Acting as back-up for the Customer Order Admins in case of need to handle Order from Po receipt to booking;
• Manage the common mailbox and ensure all emails are actions in a timely manner

You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse collaborators.  You serve as a partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University degree
• 3-4 years’ experience in a customer service role
• Languages: English – advanced level
