About the Role:
The Global Mobility Immigration Analyst will play an integral role in managing the Immigration and Global Mobility Program. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to employees in navigating the global relocation and immigration process. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end mobility relocation and immigration requests, managing process operations, and serving as a subject matter expert on international mobility and regulations with the support of outside counsel.
Problem-solving skills and expertise in both relocation and immigration will be essential for the success in this role. Your experience and guidance will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of Motive’s global mobility and immigration initiatives. You are diligent, organized, highly responsive, and communicative, and committed to building processes that deliver a seamless and positive candidate/employee experience across all aspects of Global Mobility.
What You'll Do:

Manage U.S. Immigration policies/programs and processes including improvements, recommendations and implementations relative to benchmarking, industry trends, and business needs in order to execute leading-edge approaches to the immigration program and strategy while leveraging analytics to support and drive program improvements.

Monitor progress for all immigration cases in conjunction with external immigration counsel, identify long-term sponsorship issues, and communicate risk to talent acquisition, hiring managers, and leaders.

Serve as point of contact for immigration inquiries and audits, managing Public Access Files for H-1B program compliance

Main contact for assigned case matters by communicating with Internal counsel, managers, HRBPs, external counsel, and other leaders regarding required documentation, and case status.

Develop and deliver immigration related training sessions to the Talent Acquisition team, People Business Partners, foreign national employees, their managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders

Maintain knowledge of changes in immigration policies/regulations to ensure full compliance with immigration laws and communicate to stakeholders timely

Facilitate business immigration processes with external immigration counsel for non-immigrant and immigrant petitions as related to new hires, extensions, amendments, transfers, and terminations

Partner with stakeholders for Form I-9 compliance as related to foreign national work authorization issues

Respond to immigration questions, review issues and employee concerns, and provide information and education regarding immigration guidelines, legal requirements, and internal procedures
Global Mobility

Serve as subject matter expert and consultant to Employees, Candidates, Talent Acquisition, HR, and key stakeholders, leveraging industry knowledge and acquired experience;

Design and implement key mobility processes by working with global stakeholders including Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement while taking into account country, regional, and global requirements;
