JOB PURPOSE:

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Ice Cream Company is looking for a dynamic and innovative Logistics Operations Specialist to join our Collabortive Manufacture Logistics Operations Team. If you have a passion for inventory management and a knack for finding patterns and processes in complex situations, we want to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Collaborative Manufacturing Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory at collaborative manufacturers and re-packers across North America, Canada, and Mexico. You will handle SAP ERP system entries, inventory transactions, adjustments, and reporting of production/shipments. You will also be the first point of contact for the CM Staff, providing SAP training and support, as well as IDOC and Workflow support.

SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Logistics, Planning, or Manufacturing Operations.
  • SAP and Inventory Management Experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.

LEADERSHIP:   

  • Positive attitude, patience, eagerness to learn, and a pleasant personality
  • Strong influencing skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
