This role can be based in San Francisco, or Sunnyvale.

LinkedIn Hiring Assistant for Recruiter and Jobs is LinkedIn’s first AI agent that helps take on time-consuming tasks, allowing recruiting teams to focus on the most impactful, people-centric parts of the job. The Senior Solutions Engineer will be a key member of the Go-to-Market team for complex Talent Solutions products. They will be the driver of our technical pre-sales strategy, working alongside the existing account teams. Understanding how the LinkedIn Platform is built, structured, secured and how to integrate solutions into the tool will be integral to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive LinkedIn Learning and LinkedIn Hiring Assistant sales and adoption by partnering with Account Directors, Account Executives and Customer Success
  • Help convert pipeline opportunities by providing pre-sales support, product and integration expertise
  • Conduct in-depth discovery and qualification to align with customers
  • Demonstrate value from the Talent and Learning Solutions platform
  • Prepare software demonstrations to showcase specific product capabilities and integrations
  • Lead and assess technically-oriented customer conversations
  • Partner with post-sales Onboarding and Technical Consultants to ensure an effective launch
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, PMM, Engineering) to ensure that customer and field feedback is addressed and competitive insights are surfaced
  • Keep up to date with market trends in the Talent & Learning and Development industry, AI trends, competitive insights and industry regulatory/compliance requirements

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a sales role
  • 6+ years’ experience in a customer facing role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business or related field
  • Ability to overcome technical challenges and security objections with customers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detail
  • Understanding of Learning Experience Platforms or a background in Learning and Development
  • Understanding of Human Resources Information Systems and Talent Acquisition software
  • Experience with hand-off to Implementation/Onboarding team for technical products
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage relationships with regional stakeholders internally
  • Familiarity with solution architecture, data field mapping and SFTP configuration
  • Proven track record of success in a Solutions Engineering role
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
  • Experience driving pre-sales and sales, developing strategies and growing a business
  • Excellent organization, project management and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively present to customers and audiences
  • Ability to influence product and engineering

The pay range for this role is $102,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.   

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus,
