As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you are accountable to provide support to ensure efficient operation of an Executive’s daily agenda.
You will be responsible for coordination of department meetings and appointments (including logistical and travel arrangements), providing general support on matters related to organization and communication as well as the execution of general administrative duties.
The ideal candidate for our Executive Assistant position will have significant experience navigating a sophisticated diverse environment and be comfortable interacting with employees and external partners of all levels.
To be successful, you will need strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, high level of confidentiality, ability to prioritize and use judgment to lead priorities, handle sensitive information in confidential manner and the ability to capture information and make decisions independently. Being proactive and anticipating the needs of the executive is essential as you prioritize time, schedules, inquiries, and information.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a broad range of administrative/clerical duties including preparing reports and agendas that may require compilation, layout, and formatting of various data, composing replies to correspondence, and composing letters, memoranda, or reports in final form.
Resolves nature and appropriate destination of incoming phone calls or electronic mail queries. Providing general support on matters related to organization and communication as well as the execution of general administrative duties.
Run and lead calendar activity for multiple executives; Coordinate across business units, customers, and team members meetings and appointments, coordinating summits, Team building, celebration activities, etc., (including logistical and travel arrangements) and provide reminders.
Arrange executive’s domestic and international travel schedule, visas, reservations, etc. Ensure “on the road” time is productive and efficient as well as filing expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
Curious and proactive: interested in the work our team is doing and finds ways to get involved or help, looks ahead in the calendar and finds opportunities to help the team work more efficiently and successfully.
Maintain inventory of departmental supplies and computing resources; Coordinate necessary equipment or facilities repairs or changes.
Support the department’s financial processes, including budgets, contracts, purchase orders, payments, vendor relations, etc.
Guide organization: able to lead multiple tasks and challenging priorities smoothly, calmly and with positive demeanor.
Preferred Experience:
10+ years prior experience supporting a corporate executive in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience leading complexities of global travel.
Experience working in a technical environment.
Ability to use a variety of office automation tools and software (Office 365, Teams, etc.) Support SharePoint site setup & maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
Strong written communication: able to build a power point presentation, synthesizes large amounts of input and able to summarize in pithy bullet points or simple visual.
Experience assisting with project management (helping with release schedules, timeline monitoring, documentation, etc.)
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$52.00 - $83.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
