Advanced Practice Provider - Thoracic Surgery

Job Summary:

Work as part of the Thoracic Surgery team to improve outcomes for surgical patients in a dynamic academic practice.  In this role, you will work alongside attending surgeons, other surgery APPs, and surgery nurses and staff within the OR and ambulatory clinic.  This role has opportunities to participate in educational and scholarly activities that elevate an academic clinical environment.  Though APPs in this role will collaborate with other providers, autonomy is both encouraged and fostered.

Monday to Friday 

Rotating Overnight weekday call with other 2 thoracic APP 

Requirements:

1. Graduation from an accredited NP or PA Program
2. Licensed, or eligible, for North Carolina as an NP or PA
3. Current BLS and ACLS certification preferred
