About the role
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for reprints, e-prints, and licensing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction
- Effectively manage time and efforts with a focus on generating revenue for all assigned products and consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and local markets alike, addressing any inquiries, issues, or special requests
- Manage the lifecycle of reprints from initial contact to delivery of the final product
- Work closely with the local sales teams, production team, and sales manager to ensure orders are correctly entered into the Reprint portal
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfortability presenting to business professionals, including C-level executives
- Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to better tailor recognition and licensing solutions
- Meet minimum activity levels to ensure goals are achieved
- Regularly manage pipeline and forecast revenue to management
- Maintain communication and schedule necessary planning meetings with local event, sales, and editorial teams
- Attend regular reprint and licensing sales team meetings and one on ones with manager
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Ability to manage several projects and work with multiple markets concurrently
- Ability to exceed expectations in a results-oriented environment
- Strong desire to achieve and desire to be the best
- Comfort communicating at the executive level
- Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as cross-collaborate with other teams
