Description & Requirements

Infor is hiring an energetic and results-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to join the Marketing Technology team. This role will partner with marketing and cross-functional leaders to align strategy with system execution across the Marketing tech stack, focusing on ABM, Media, Event, and Webinar platforms.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Marketing, Sales, and IT
• Serve as the Marketing Technology owner for ABM, Media, Events, and Webinar systems
• Align technology use with goals and strategies
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with external vendors
• Provide technical support to end users
• Drive best practices across the MarTech stack, making recommendations for higher performance and optimization

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working in a Marketing function
• ABM technology experience such as Demandbase or other marketing technology in Media, Events and Webinars
• Experience in establishing business process and developing alternative approaches and ideas
• Experience leading projects and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional stakeholders
• Internal and external English communication skills including oral, written, presentation, and active listening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Salesforce
• System administrative experience with Cvent
• Experience managing vendor relationships
