Role Summary: Qorvo, Inc. is looking for an experienced program manager to support our space business.  The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and scheduling product through a production environment, creating and maintaining technical documentation, interfacing with colleagues and customers on technical and professional matters, and have a strong background with military standards, specifications, and requirements.

 

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Review and create technical documentation in support of customer programs.
  • Create and maintain schedules from customer driven screening requirements and milestones.
  • Monitor program related WIP and support as needed to maintain scheduling milestones.
  • Interface with customers, support reoccurring status meetings, and resolve program related issues.
  • Become an expert in navigating internal systems to support the creation of processes and procedures of the expanding space business.
  • Review, analyze, and report data.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Knowledge and understanding of standards and specifications MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-PRF-38535, MIL-STD-883, EEE-INST-002, PEM-INST-001.
  • BSE or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in program management or program engineering.
  • Ability to efficiently use Microsoft applications Word, Excel, Access, Project.
  • Onsite role, located in TX preferred.

This position requires access to ITAR/EAR technologies. Applicant must be a US Person (US citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.
