Job Summary:

This a Full-time position at 32 hours. Saturday-Monday. 12.5 hours Saturday and Sunday and 8.5 hours on Mondays. The Patient Service Specialist is responsible for working directly with patients and their families to discuss any questions, complaints, comments, or suggestions. In addition, he/she advocates for patient in resolution of concerns and complaints.
