JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, a Division I and Big Ten Conference Institution, is seeking a Women's Basketball Chief of Staff. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the basketball program and its administrative staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Staff and team scheduling coordinator
- Program’s liaison to the athletic and university administration
- Director of player finances
- Compliance, admissions, and eligibility liaison
- Recruiting operations coordinator
- Video coordinator liaison
- Facilities and IT liaison
- Camp liaison
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus six years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. Due to the financial and fiduciary responsibilities of this position, successful completion of a credit history check will be required. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:
$61,800.00 - $89,600.00Salary Structure - additional information on Penn State's job and salary structure.
