Job Description
Compass Government Solutions is currently hiring a full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a position at Cannon Air Force Base to provide readiness, recovery, and resiliency support for the 43d Intelligence Squadron.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Cannon Air Force Base will be responsible for:
- Contacting and seeing patients by referral to provide initial mental health diagnosis
- Educate patients on their behavioral health condition and treatment regimen
- Provide follow up appointments and monitor patient treatment progress
- Provide physical, emotional, mental and behavioral counseling and interventions
- Recommendation of patient care, treatment, and therapy via detailed documentation
- Brief behavioral health trends/issues and recommend action plans to mitigate adverse effects of the identified trends/issues
Qualifications
Qualifications of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker include:
- Must currently have TS/SCI Clearance
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a graduate school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
- Current and unrestricted license by any of the states or US territories
- 3 years of post-licensure experience in Social Work within the last 5 years ton include the full scope of the job responsibilities listed above
- Basic Cardiac Life Support from the American Heart Association
