The Parts & Logistics Coordinator supports the Customer & Field Service functions by maintaining appropriate inventory levels, ensuring parts and products are shipped to the customers in a timely fashion and fielding basic customer calls.

Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Pulling and Shipping parts for field personnel
• Coordinate, maintain and track diagnostic field equipment
• Assist with fielding initial customer calls
• Handle RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes, including returns and repairs
• Work with vendors and internal supply chain teams to resolve shortages or delays
• Coordinate order entry, procurement, and shipment of parts (FedEx, UPS, freight, etc.)
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in CRM/ERP systems
