Your role at Baxter:

The Principal Business Analyst for Cardiology will be responsible for supporting multiple large-scale projects concurrently related to software, data infrastructure and process development, including development of requirements, testing plans and process documents.

What you'll be doing:

• Working with Revenue Cycle Management, Product Management, Finance and IT ensures that needs of key stakeholders are analyzed and clearly specified.
• Collects, analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Translates conceptual user requirements into functional requirements / technical specifications in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Working with the business leaders, develop process documentation and work instructions.
• Executes testing plan to identify functionality or data issues prior to implementation.
• Supports the technical team with preparation of documents for regulatory compliance and implementation.
• Support the project manager in completing project plan tasks, managing team / stakeholder expectations for timeline and deliverables, drafting stakeholder communications and meeting project milestones.
• Other duties, as assigned.

What you'll be doing:
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and process
• Proven experience building, maintaining and leveraging strategic and cross-functional relationships through effective communication and collaborative leadership.
• Proven track record of analytical ability, operational excellence and detail orientation.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills-including verbal, written, negotiation and overcoming objections.
• Advanced analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
• Extremely organized and highly self-motivated and directed.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
• Enjoys working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Education and/or Experience:
• BS/BA degree required with focus on Software Engineering, Project Management, Business Improvement, Finance or Business
• 10+ years required experience with Business Analyst / Project Analyst roles with demonstrable evidence of successfully partnering with customers and achieving shared goals and outcomes.
• Prior experience working on projects for software development and integrations.
• Healthcare and/or medical device experience is preferred.

The estimated base salary for this position is $120,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the
