Job Description

In this role, you will implement data initiatives and data governance strategies so that we enable data-driven decision making capabilities throughout our revenue tooling.  The revenue tools that you will focus on includes Salesforce and our data enrichment tool stack: Zoominfo, Wappalyzer, BuiltWith, and TAMI. 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Salesforce data initiatives, spanning data enrichment, data cleansing, data migration, and data governance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand their data needs, define requirements, determine deliverables, and manage expectations
• Solve complex business problems through data analysis and insights
• Provide operational support related to data, including Salesforce mass data extracts, upserts, cleansing, and enrichment
• Define and implement data collection standards, policies, processes and procedures
• Partner with our enablement team to inform and train business unit/functional areas on key data changes
• Champion the implementation of new software or introducing enhancements to existing automations aimed at improving data integrity
• Manage data element definitions, business rules, and tooling policies related to data management and data hygiene
• Serve as a strategic partner and provide recommendations through data analysis

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience of Salesforce implementation experience and knowledge of Salesforce.com, data migration, data cleansing, and application integration

• Salesforce admin ADM201 certification
• Understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Experience Clouds
• 5+ years of data steward experience with focus on data modeling, data integration, master and metadata management, and analysis.
• Experience with data enrichment tooling, such as ZoomInfo, Wappalyzer, Tami
• Experience with data integration tools, such as Boomi, Informatica, Mulesoft
• Experience with SQL, python
• Experience in data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence
• Experience with data architecture and alignment between product, sales, customer success, data science, and marketing systems required
