Technical Project Manager - Infrastructure

IT Infrastructure Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to Azure Cloud, networking, security, contact center, platform and service desk operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in infrastructure and security combined with excellent project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Location: Dallas | Texas | On-site Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Document and actively manage Kanban boards, sprints, epics, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements and define sprint goals along with product team.
  • Having very good understanding of infrastructure areas such as network, cloud, contact center, and salesforce.
  • Gather and document business requirements, systems flow, data flow, data dependencies and functional design along with business analysts / engineers / architects.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, solution analysis, project kickoffs, standups, and status meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues or conflicts as they arise.
  • Translate information requests from internal customers involving ambiguity into actionable tasks for developers.
  • Gather and document business requirements, systems flow, data flow, data dependencies and functional design.
  • Manage inbound request queue, prioritize requests, and communicate status with stakeholders.
  • Create and manage project plans for long running initiatives and coordinate with team day to day progress.
  • Own and manage the change management and release management process.
  • Supports IT team governance, audit, and controls process.
  • Manage and govern team data documentation of solution, requirements, specification, credentials, and processes.
