Project Managers are expected to use Marketing Cloud applications and combine their business and marketing knowledge and subject matter expertise with the domain expertise of the cross-functional Marketing Cloud team to drive success. The work environment is fast paced and deadline oriented.  A successful project managers act effectively in demanding environments, maintain composure, demonstrate leadership qualities, and communicate in an exemplary manner. The ideal candidate will focus on overall customer satisfaction and thrive on team development and shared success.</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p>•    5+ years of applicable Project Management experience<br/>•    Experience working within an established PMO process<br/>•    Should have experience of design, development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud<br/>•    Should have working knowledge in SFMC inbound and outbound integration<br/>•    Certifications in Salesforce marketing cloud is an added advantage<br/>•    Should have good understanding of end-to-end campaign management process Experience managing 3rd party implementation vendors<br/>•    Experience managing 3rd party support vendors General Project/Practice Related Competencies Project /Practice Management<br/>•    Analyzing the scope of work, project sequencing, resource planning, time estimation, scheduling, cost estimation, risk analysis is a set of responsibilities<br/>•    Experience in handling multi-vendor environments and performing Project Management responsibilities.<br/>•    Experience with industry-standard System Development Life Cycle methodologies</p> <p><strong>Competencies</strong></p> <p>•    Excellent customer service/people skills <br/>•    Communicate effectively both verbal/written <br/>•    Ability to work flexible/ various shifts <br/>•    Possess/maintain analytical/problem-solving skills <br/>•    Exercises substantial latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.</p> <p> </p><p><strong>About Media.Monks:</strong></p> <p>Media.Monks is on a mission to create a new future for this industry.
