As a Sapec in Nutriton Therapy, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. Our customers trust you and appreciate your knowledge and curiosity when finding solutions to meet their needs. You enjoy being on location, building relationships, and establishing trust with the doctors and nurses who use Baxter solutions every day.

What you'll be doing

• Achieve the quotas and critical metrics established by each business
• Complete demand generation activities with approved promotional materials, directed to key clients according to the strategy of each business unit.
• Keep territory and marketing management informed, through activity and results reports, through the use of the Boost platform, as well as the submission of weekly, monthly and annual work plans for territory analysis.
• Provide product training (entire portfolio) to clinical and/or administrative clients
• Effective management of the assigned territory through Salesforce.com, in accordance with the marketing strategy: target, segmentation, frequency and coverage of visits, delivery of the accurate message
• Develop new clients and increase the use of therapy in existing ones
• Build sales commitment (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and identify funnel opportunities together with the KAE
• Ensure the correct use of products and equipment, improving the expected productivity per business, and propose improvement plans according to the found opportunities, establishing activities, responsibilities, times and evaluation.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in biomedical engineering, nutrition or similar
• 2+ years of experience dedicated to sales within hospitals for critical care products
• Parenteral nutrition experience either as a clinical nutritionist or sales person would be ideal
• Contract management for hospitals both public and private
• Sales and promotion of healthcare products, pharma or medial devices
