Job Description

Purpose
Our diverse Global Digital Strategy team is looking to hire an Associate Director to lead the development of AbbVie manufacturing sites' digital strategies that support business goals across the manufacturing network. The position will also impact and influence other sites with varying manufacturing modalities.

This role will also provide leadership to develop enterprise technology strategies, including the rollout of new solutions to support business goals for AbbVie’s manufacturing network. You may also have impact and influence over more than one technology and/or business domain.

Responsibilities 

• Strategy & Influence: Work with multiple sites to make significant contributions to their strategy development. Develop, adapt, and execute strategies to achieve key objectives.
• Process Improvement & Optimization: Makes significant contributions to identifying overall process and/or technology improvements.
• Make decisions that affect AbbVie’s financial, employee, and/ or public relations posture.
• Liaison & Relationship Building: Builds collaborative relationships and effectively interacts frequently with business and/ or technology senior leadership and vice presidents. Interacts well with diverse groups across business and technology functions and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators.
