Job Summary

Hit a home run with your career! As the Catering Sales Manager at Wrigley Field, you will develop and manage catering sales strategies, forge lasting client relationships, and ensure exceptional event execution. You will oversee the sales process from proposal to post-event follow-up, delivering experiences that exceed expectations while meeting revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement catering sales strategies to maximize revenue
Manage client relationships from inquiry to event completion
Coordinate with culinary and operations teams for seamless event execution
Prepare contracts, proposals, and detailed event orders
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
Ensure compliance with all Levy policies and local regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred
3+ years of experience in catering sales or event management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
Experience with budget preparation and financial tracking
