Key Accountabilities
- Manage/Own the Change (end user adoption) from strategic planning through adoption for new processes and technologies deployed across the enterprise.
- Deliver change of various sizes as a single change resource or manage a team of change practitioners.
- Understand agile project delivery and how to execute and deliver change management within an agile delivery environment. Inclusive but not limited to:

- Adoption Tracking
- Analyze and develop custom change plans and resource models for a change initiative.
- Identify human and organizational risks and develop and maintain the project’s change management plan.
- Manage advocacy at the executive and stakeholder levels to develop buy-in for the implementation project.
- Consult and upskill resources across the enterprise as they develop and deliver their own change initiatives.
- Support the impacted businesses with information and detailed frameworks, where appropriate, to ensure that they can conduct the necessary activities to minimize organizational risks.
- Measure and track the impact the change plans are having on end user readiness and adoption and adjust accordingly.
- Contribute to defining and maintaining the NG change methodology and standard templates.
- Partner with change practitioners across the organization to share best practices and lessons learned to develop a standardized change delivery approach.
- Manage a team comprised of NG and 3rd party resources.
Qualifications
- 4+ years change management experience, preferably in implementing change driven by a technology implementation.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in developing and implementing end-user training strategies.
- Experience managing a team.
- Able to set and translate strategy, challenges, and emerging priorities into action.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, communications and the ability to influence others indirectly, i.e. without direct line supervision.
- Emotionally intelligent and self-aware – Comfortable in a team environment, strong group dynamics awareness and collaboration skills, combined with the ability to communicate to a wide variety of individuals with whom have different functional accountabilities ie. able to easily build rapport and flex style to suit different stakeholders.
- Well-developed self-planning and organization skills including ability to work interdependently, prioritize activities, meet commitments, and proactively manage time and a heavy workload.
- Ability to adjust to varying or unexpected changing conditions and shifting priorities with minimal direction.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on multiple projects in parallel.
- Creative and innovative.
- Customer focused and results oriented.
- Excellent facilitation skills in virtual and in-person environments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent MS PowerPoint skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Professional qualifications and accreditations in Change Methods a plus but not required
- Prior background and experience in the energy and utility industry a plus but not required
