THE JOB:
As a Cashier, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience with your warm smile and exceptional service. By recognizing each guest’s unique preferences and needs, you will create unforgettable moments that leave a lasting impression, ensuring their visit is truly memorable.

THE STARTING RATE: $12.84

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Have a strong understanding of beverage preparation and service standards for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as menu items.

• Efficiently take and process orders, accurately serve and garnish food and beverages within the designated work area.

• Handle payments while adhering to proper cash handling and complimentary item procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in both front and back-of-house areas, clear tables and counters, and ensure the dining area remains tidy without disrupting guests' comfort.

• Properly package and complete orders according to guest preferences, including necessary condiments.

• Perform assigned opening and closing duties based on shift requirements.

• Receive, unload, and organize warehouse deliveries, ensuring stock is replenished and stored properly.

• Address guest concerns within the scope of authority or escalate issues to management; report any unusual incidents, missing items, or security concerns to the appropriate personnel.

• Operate grill tops and fryers as needed for food preparation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Familiarity with menu items, including beverage preparation and service, standard drink recipes, presentation techniques, glassware, garnishes, and related products, supplies, and equipment.

• Understanding of standard kitchen equipment, such as toasters, refrigerators, coolers, slicers, and beverage machines.

• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with various Point of Sale (POS) systems.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

• Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (preferred)

• At least 21 years old

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Previous experience as a food handler in a similar environment (preferred)

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment (preferred)
